Document ID: primeops-aup-attorney-review-v1-2026-08-26  ·  Supersedes: none (new document)  ·  Effective Date: [PUBLICATION DATE]  ·  Version: [aup-YYYY-MM-DD]

The short version

This summary is for convenience only. The full Policy below is what governs.

What this Policy is

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes what you and your users may and may not do with the PrimeOps service. It expands Section 5 of the PrimeOps Terms of Service at getprimeops.ai/terms (the "Terms") and is part of them. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

This Policy applies to you, everyone you authorize to use the Service, and anyone using the Service through your account. You are responsible for their compliance.

If this Policy and the Terms conflict, the Terms control — this Policy adds detail and examples, and does not narrow anything the Terms prohibit. The examples here are illustrative, not exhaustive.

Use the Service for its purpose

PrimeOps is a business tool for reviewing your own restaurant operating records and acting on what they show. Use it for that. The rest of this Policy describes the boundaries.

The people who work for you

This is the most important section of this Policy, and the one most specific to what PrimeOps does. Labor, scheduling, and payroll records are about people, and a finding drawn from them can affect someone's livelihood.

You must:

You must not:

The records you submit

Submit only records you have the right to submit, for a business you operate or are authorized to act for.

Do not submit: payment-card numbers or security codes; government identifiers such as Social Security or driver's-license numbers; health or medical information; biometric identifiers; precise geolocation of individuals; information about children; or any other sensitive or specially regulated category — unless PrimeOps has expressly agreed in writing to support that category and the required safeguards are in place.

Also do not submit: passwords, private keys, API secrets, or access tokens in free-text fields, uploads, support requests, or reports; another company's confidential information that you are not authorized to share, including a former employer's or a franchisor's; material that infringes someone's intellectual property; or malicious code.

Keep personal information in operational records to what the review actually needs. Where a record can do its job without a person's name, leave the name out.

Your account and your users

Do: keep credentials confidential; give each person their own login; assign the least access each role needs; review access periodically; remove access promptly when someone leaves or changes role; and tell PrimeOps promptly at support@getprimeops.ai if you suspect a credential or account is compromised.

Do not: share a login among multiple people; let anyone use the Service who is barred from it by law or by the Terms; misrepresent who you are or what authority you have; or use the Service on behalf of a business without that business's authorization.

The Service itself

Do not:

How PrimeOps enforces this Policy

Where PrimeOps believes this Policy has been violated, it will normally act in proportion to the problem and in this order: contact you and ask you to fix it; restrict the specific feature, user, or data involved; suspend access under Section 14 of the Terms; and, for a serious or repeated violation, terminate under the Terms.

PrimeOps may act immediately and without prior notice where it reasonably believes doing so is necessary to stop an active security threat, prevent unlawful activity, protect another customer, protect a person from harm, or comply with law. Where PrimeOps acts without prior notice, it will tell you as soon as reasonably practicable and explain what it did and why.

PrimeOps will keep any restriction as narrow and as short as reasonably possible, and will restore access promptly once the cause is resolved. Enforcement under this Policy does not limit any other right PrimeOps has under the Terms or applicable law.

Changes to this Policy

PrimeOps may update this Policy as the Service, the law, or the risks change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and version, and for a material change we will give reasonable advance notice by email or through the Service before it takes effect. Previous versions are retained in PrimeOps' records.
