Wake up knowing what needs your attention.

PrimeOps checks the numbers behind every store and gives you a short fix list: what changed, who should handle it, and whether it got better.

Start with the reports you already have. Nothing moves without your approval.

Questions from the weekly review

  • Which location saw margin move this week?
  • Which invoice does not match the delivery?
  • Did labor hours match the approved schedule?
  • Do delivery payouts match what the POS sold?
  • Do cash and deposits match the drawer count?
  • Which location is checked next, and by whom?

Straight answers

What owners ask before they try it.

Is PrimeOps just another dashboard?

No. A dashboard gives you more numbers to watch. PrimeOps gives you a short list of what changed, what to check, who owns it, and whether the fix worked.

Do I have to replace my POS or accounting system?

No. Start with the reports you already use. A connection is only called live after it has been set up and checked for your restaurant group.

What if my reports are messy or missing?

PrimeOps tells you what is missing or does not match. It will ask for the right report before it tells you to act.

Will PrimeOps change prices or schedules by itself?

No. You approve important moves. PrimeOps does not change prices, schedules, vendors, money, or people decisions for you.

Does the calculator show guaranteed savings?

No. It gives you a rough place to look based on your restaurant type and the numbers you enter. A real result needs your actual reports, a fair before-and-after window, and proof.
